IMPERIAL RESIDENCES: TOUR OF TSARSKOE SELO (PUSHKIN) & PAVLOVSK

It may not seem to have the polished glamour or fame of its neighbour, Tsarskoe Selo, but what it lacks in gilt and grooming, it makes up for with a rough, pastoral elegance as well as an equally fascinating history. In contrast to Pavlovsk is opulent Tsarskoe Selo, home to the stunning baroque Catherine Palace where you will have the chance to see the renowned resurrected Amber Room.

RUSSIAN VERSAILLES: PETERHOFF GRAND PALACE AND LOWER PARK TOUR

No trip to ST-Petersburg in summer can be complete without a tour of Peterhoff, a beautiful summer residence of the Russian Imperial family. Enjoy time both inside the Grand Palace and wandering through the spectacular fountain-filled grounds. Please be kindly advised that in summer we run this tour inclusive of a special “early entrance” before the Grand Palace opens its doors to the public.

YUSUPOV PALACE

Visit the palace of Yusupovs, one of the richest aristocratic dynasties of Russia. The palace holds a special place in the history of ST-Petersburg not only because of its fabulously rich interiors but also as a place where Grigory Rasputin, the mysterious figure of the Russian history, was murdered.

NOVGOROD TOUR

Discover Novgorod, the former capital of old Rus, dating back to the IX century. This is quite a different insight into the country history and culture comparing to the history of ST-Petersburg which was founded in 1703. The tour includes a tour of the old Novgorod Kremlin, Yuriev Monastery and the Museum of the Wooden Architecture.

RUSSIAN FOLKLORE SHOW

Enjoy the unique opportunity of getting acquainted with the history and cultural traditions of Russia! The concert includes 3 professional folk groups: a vocal quartet, a Cossack song and a dance group. The venue of the show is Nicolaevsky Palace, the former Grand Ducal Residence. You will be treated to a shot of Russian vodka (champagne for ladies) with some traditional snacks during the intermission. Shows start at 7.00 p.m. and 9.00 p.m. The cost of the ticket includes a round transfer from your hotel.

RIVER & CANAL CRUISE

Discover why ST-Petersburg was nick-named Venice of the North in a comfort of a private boat. Almost all the city centre might be seen from the water due to a large number of rivers and canals. This is a relaxing and enjoyable variation of the city highlight tour missing lots of traffic too. Please note that the price is per excursion not person and therefore is highly recommended for mini groups. Our boat can take up to 12 PAX.
