IMPERIAL RESIDENCES: TOUR OF TSARSKOE SELO (PUSHKIN) & PAVLOVSK
Discover stories of the Russian imperial family and aristocracy on a visit to two former imperial summer residencies: Tsarskoe Selo (Pushkin) and Pavlovsk.
Classically stylish, Pavlovsk is surrounded by the largest landscape park in Europe. It may not seem to have the polished glamour or fame of its neighbour, Tsarskoe Selo, but what it lacks in gilt and grooming, it makes up for with a rough, pastoral elegance as well as an equally fascinating history.
In contrast to Pavlovsk is opulent Tsarskoe Selo, home to the stunning baroque Catherine Palace where you will have the chance to see the renowned resurrected Amber Room.
